Our attorneys have diverse backgrounds in Private Practice, Government Departments, Leading Multinationals and Large State-Owned Entities. The roles include extensive Private Practice Experience, General Counsel/ Legal Directors, Chief Compliance Officers, Regulatory Executives, Company Secretaries at Executive Committee Level,  Judiciary ( Acting Judge in various Divisions of the High Court, Board and Board Committee Membership, and in some instances, Chairmanship of Board Committees.
